Mitt Romney: Troubling Traits for a Presidential Candidate

I recently read an article about how Mitt Romney was in a terrible car accident in France, and tragically killed a passenger. Ann Romney just had the nerve to joke about it on The View, and trivialize this horrific accident. Though we may never know what actually happened that night of the accident, I do know that Mitt Romney is an incredibly suspicious character, with many troubling personality traits. He isn’t fit to be President.

When I googled the word “sociopath,” the following traits came up:

– pathological lying
– lack of empathy
– plays by their own rules
– uses others for themselves
– secretive
– authoritarian
– superficial charm
– contemptuous of others
– cunning and manipulative
– a sense of entitlement

So here we are in the United States with the financial elite doing all they can to turn the world’s first democracy into an oligarchy, the same major political party trying its best to suppress the vote of seniors, poor people, students, and people of color, Republicans trying to return the poll tax and the days of Jim Crow; and the Republican candidate for president is a borderline sociopath.

We’re in a helluva damn, scary mess.

Except for you and your brothers and sisters.

Your willingness to talk to your family, to your neighbors, those you work with, your union brothers and sisters, and we will bring home a victory for all of us, our country, and Barack Obama.

Mitt is itching for a full-on Mideast War – anxious to send you and your kids and grandkids to an awful war even though no Romney has ever served.

The Real Boss, Bruce Springsteen, endorsed President Obama. A few months ago, Springsteen said he wasn’t sure he would endorse this year. Obviously, one of America’s great musicians, songwriters, and poets who wrote and recorded The Ghost of Tom Joad, No Retreat No Surrender, Radio Nowhere, Badlands, The River, Jungleland, and covered We Shall Overcome, would endorse President Obama.  And the Boss talked about the issues and President Obama’s accomplishments: I’m glad we got universal healthcare, I’m glad GM is making cars, and on and on.

The Obama and organized labor ground game is steadily overcoming the power of money created by the ridiculous Supreme Court Citizens United decision. We are leading heavily in the large early voting states.
