Do not grow weary in doing good.

It’s 7 am and the opening music is playing for the morning radio show. Sleep ended at 5. Life for me, also mornin’ coffee sleepy radio. Great guy for a host slept at his ancient house last night. Ate his old radicals’ obligatory chili. Damn, wish I had more coffee but life looks and feels good in this frosty round top mountains town. Sky the deepest blue and the sun climbs to claim the place of that fingernail moon. Damn, I wish there was more coffee. Writing as I wait just ’cause that’s what I do now. Write. Wasn’t it Mark Twain?

It’s later now… I’m leaving these beautiful mountains and wonderful people to go back to DC. The radio show this morning was great. John had two other guests than me on – a wonderful man from the Occupy Movement that has done so much for all of us and a progressive state legislator. We talked about lots of things including our national crisis of inequality and how the Radical Rightwing Republican Party wants to make it worse by cutting Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.  It was two great national radio shows in about 8 hours. I’m tired. Be well and happy and as Scripture says, Do not grow weary in doing good.
